After the stage

One of the main concerns at the end of each stage, after ensuring accommodation and food, is taking care of the footwear, which should be cleaned and dried inside, at least every day.

At the end of each stage, take care of your feet by washing them with cold water and then applying moisturising cream, especially on reddish areas. If blisters appear, do not pop them carelessly.

You can either put on silicone pads or pierce them with disinfected needles to gently drain them. If you have wounds, apply an antiseptic and leave them to air dry for as long as possible.
